"HE" is Important

Undoubtedly this world is incomplete without women but we can't neglect the importance of a man.
He plays so many roles, Sometimes A Caring Father, Protective Brother, Loving Husband, Adorable Lover , Supporting Friend, Encouraging Colleagues, Brave Soldiers, Inspiring Idol and much more And the way he plays every part of his role is commendable.
Both women and men have the same importance in life.
They are incomplete without each other.
Today's everybody is talking about women empowerment, Yes, it is important but not to forget the contribution of Men in our life.
If you see tittle of this blog,  The 'He' there, its dedicated to them who are so supportive and loving.
For all the he's who do a lot for us without telling us, To all the He's for being piller of strength.
She and He completes each other. So if she is important then he is equally important.
God has been really kind that all the He's of my Life are just amazing.
I'm so proud of them.

So this is for all the He's who are the best in a way they are....

In my life I have my supporting father,
My world best brother. He is someone who understands me like no one.
By the grace of god I have two sweet nephews, who completes my life.
And How can I forget my male friends. They always ready to help me and last but not the least A man whom I adore
  "Suresh Raina".

They all made my life so beautiful.
I want to thank them for being in my life.

Try not to become a man of success, try to become a man of value. Einstein said that. I think that’s true and important. If you fill your days with doing something that pays the bills but is essentially meaningless you are wasting your precious life. Yes, even if it pays the bills so handsomely that you can spend 2 months per year on adventurous holidays and eat in fancy restaurants, you are still wasting your life.  A real man has the balls to travel outside his comfort zone to make a sincere attempt to contribute to mankind. He works for the greater good instead of for the sake of protection of his self image and clinging to the illusion of safety.

I wanna clear it that this blog is not for them who are cheater, fraud, not for them who only know to use people, who disrespect womens and their dignity, Not for the them who think womens are inferior than them and made only for household works and defenatly not for them who are afraid of taking responsibility.

This blog is for real men, the man who  treat everyone equally, who don't tell lie just to impress someone.
who support women in every situation, the men who can feel the pain of others, the man who isn't afraid to do what is right, no matter what.

A real man is not in denial of his fears, holding up a mask of invulnerability but is willing to face his fears and work on them. He has the courage to do things that frighten him when the situation calls for it.
A real man knows that the path towards fearlessness is endless.
A real man doesn't need to be able to fight or to protect himself and his family physically. But He does however need to be willing to do whatever it takes to keep his family safe and happy.
Honesty is a great quality every single person should have but it’s often not that easy to find. A real honest man will tell you the truth and not just what you want to hear. An honest man will not use sleazy stories to get away from things or to look good, but he will tell you what he will do and how he feels about  something. It’s true that brutal honesty can be offensive sometimes but it’s better to have a guy that tells you the truth than one that fills you with lies.
A real man is devoted to the development of body, mind and spirit.
Men with integrity are highly respected and in return they give respect to others.
In today's deteriorating society, when I see that there are still some good people it's makes me feel so happy and safe.
I personally believe that if all men were gentlemen, we would live in a better world. Today, things are not like that, making the guys that have this quality stand out. Also, great guys never cross the line of being inappropriate.
It's my humble request to all real men out there that please never leave your goodness no matter what and also try to make your next generation just like you.
Because of all the Real He's, our society is progressing today.

Never change your originality for the sake of others because no one can play your role better than yourself.
So Be You
You Are The Best..

Are We Fine?

Yesterday night I was talking with my friend and after gossiping for an hour I  ask her if she is fine or not,  I don't know why I asked this but after listening to my question she went quiet for a few minutes and then started crying.

I was in shock that what suddenly happened to her and then she started telling all the problems of her life to me.
I never thought that she also has problems in her life,  I mean she always acts like a free bird.

By seeing that big smile on her face nobody could ever understand that what's the kind of situation she is suffering from.

At that time I believed that it's not only me but there are so many other people who also hide their pain behind their beautiful smile.
         but,
Do we ever wonder that why we hide our pain from each other?
We all have some problems in life.
There is nothing shameful in it.
If we do not share our pain with each other then what's the meaning of having relations in life.

Yes, I know it's not right to show your emotion to everyone,
but Hiding your pain is also not a good thing.
When you share your problems with others, you feel relieved. Venting out will make your heart feel lighter and your mind will shed its burden.
A congested heart and troubled mind add to your problems. Let others help you to heal your heart and mind.
You don’t have to solve every problem on your own and sometimes it feels better to have someone by your side, even if it is just for emotional support.
If you just ask you may find that people will often be willing to help you out.
However, we aren't at our best all the time. We're emotional creatures who get swayed by the ups and downs of emotions, and affected by the upheavals of life.

We aren't always able to think sensibly or make sense out of the chaos in our life.
You don't have to be positive all the time. It's perfectly OK to feel sad, angry,  annoyed, frustrated, scared, anxious.

Having feelings doesn't make you a 'negative person'. It makes you human.
And Crying is not bad, in fact it's necessary to cry when you are not feeling good.

Why do we consider crying as a weakness ?
I don't understand this that who made this assumption that boys don't cry and girls cry so much
There are things that are universally  human and that should be treated as such. But, our society likes to put things in boxes and categorize them in such a way that we often forget what is basic to being a person. Crying is a big one that people tend to hear and immediately put in a gender box or associate with an adjective…
So we need to understand that either it's a girl or a boy there is nothing wrong in crying.
We have feelings. It's not possible to ignore your feelings everytime.
Don't try to act Emotionless because you can't.
We are human and we have heart that is full of emotion.
Pretending everything is ok when it isn’t doesn’t solve your problems, so if you feel the need and want to cry – go for it. You’ll feel better after it otherwise your feelings will fester inside.

And when it comes to problems, problems are there to teach us something good about life.
God has made us capable enough so that we can face every situation in our life.
I have found that there is almost always a positive side to a problem. Perhaps it alerts us of a great way to improve our business or relationships. Or teaches us how our lives perhaps aren’t as bad as we thought.

Finding this more positive part of the problem reduces its negative emotional impact. You may even start to see the situation as a great opportunity for you.
If life is battlefield, then we are brave soldiers of this battle.
Sooner or later, problems of our life will be solved one day.
In fact Every problems comes with solutions.
We only need to change your perspective to see those problems.
When you are faced with a problem ask yourself:

What is the good thing about this?
What can I learn from this?
What hidden opportunity can I find within this problem?

Our perspective gets distorted and the insights get weakened sometimes.
But know that this is a temporary phase and you'll get over it.
When you've a problem,  don't ignore it but deal with it.

Hard times don't create heroes. It is during the hard times the 'Hero' within us is revealed.   Bob Riley

My Poem :-

Avoid Hypocrite

We all are surrounded by so many peoples in our life.
Some people are attached to us with heart and some others just pretend
But the most difficult task is to recognise them.
People are wearing a mask and hiding
their real face behind it .
I have no idea what they get from it
What I observe is that Nowadays people are following a new trend,
Trend of having double personality or you can say double face !!
Number of these double standard people is increasing day by day.
People wear a mask of lie,
So they can look attractive.
      Be careful.
they are almost everywhere...
Sometimes we wonder how fast people change but actually they don't change they reveal who they really are !!

People praise you on your face but never miss any chance to humiliate you on others face. People will stab you in your back and then ask why you are bleeding....
I think they love talking about you behind your back more than saying your mistakes in front of you.
What kind of mind they have 🙄
Simple thing man if you have any problem with me,  say it to me, not to others.
I'm gonna correct myself, no one else can and also nobody is interested to correct my mistakes, all are only interested to make fun of mine. So if you think that you are my wellwisher then next  time please come to me when you have any issue regarding me.
"Warning you   Stay loyal or stay away from me."
I really like those people who tells the truth to me, no matter how much hard it is.
I feel Real people are the best because you don't need to think twice before saying anything to them because if you are right they will agree with you and if you are wrong, they will correct you immediately.
They not gonna talk shits behind your back .
It costs nothing to appreciate good things you see in someone.
Yes,  there is nothing wrong in praising but false praise is not good at all.
If you really like something about someone do not forget to appreciate them but never praise anyone when they are wrong.
By false praising you encourage that person to do the bad things again and again .

We all have a habit of gossiping about others and creating false rumours,
without thinking that what will happen if someone do the same with us, What do we feel?
Have you ever tried to know that how rumours affect that person and the family?
If you can't be the reason of someone's happiness please do not be the reason of their sadness.
If someone trusted you and tells their secrets to you, don't break their trust by revelling it on others face.
you'll get nothing but lose your importance in that person's eyes.
I Wish people are the same from heart as they pretend to be from face.
Be careful whom you trust. If someone will discuss others with you. They will surely discuss you with others.

And tell me one thing that What's the whole point of being pretty on the outside when you're so ugly on inside ?
It's not about the people who act true to your face. It's about the people who remain true behind your back.
It's better to have enemy who honestly says they hate you!!
Than to have a friend whose putting you down secretly.
One fake can do more damage than five enemies.
Choose your circle wisely. Not everyone deserves your trust.
Avoid Hypocrite in life.
The things in all of us is that we are so quick to judge but slow to correct ourselves.
I am very cautions of people whose actions don't match their words.
Stay away from these kind of people in your life and never try to be like them.

"Never design your character like a garden where anyone can walk.
Design your character like the sky where everyone desire to reach."

Want to mention few lines kabir Das ji has said -:

AND IN THE LAST A PEOM WRITTEN BY ME:-

As I have completed my graduation this year and may be so many of you too.
We Experienced lot of new things in college and enjoy it also but the thing is that nothing gonna take the place of our school days. The time we spend in our school is something that is very close to our heart.
Yes it's true that we all miss our school time, We all miss our childhood days.
That carefree life, that fun and enjoyment we had at that time is something really special for everyone. Sad that it never come back again but it always remain special in our life. All we have is memories which stay with us for lifetime.
Here I just tried to put my experiences into words, I hope you all like it.
So without wasting our valuable time let's start ......

Back banch

Mental health

Health is the most important in everyone's life and we do lot of things to be healthy.
We are so much concern about our Physical health but often forget that being mentally healthy is equally important.
The World Health Organization defined health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
So today I am gonna discuss about our mental health.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act.
It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
Mental illness is more common than most people expect. Everyone can suffer from mental illness at any point of time in his life. A large survey in the UK found 1 in 6 people of working age suffer from a mental illness; mental illness is as common as asthma. Among those above 65 years old, one out of twenty suffers from dementia. Depression affects about 5% of men and 10% of women in developed countries. In 2000, the World Health Organization predicted that 20 years later, depression will become the second biggest burden of disease, second to ischemic heart disease.
The stigma and misunderstanding on mental illness in society discourage patients to seek help and receive treatment. Even if the patients have plucked up courage to seek treatment, they often conceal their illness from their family and peers. This made a general misconception that mental illnesses are rare. Therefore, when we understand that the fact that mental illnesses are common and treatable, we are more able to combat mental illnesses.
Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected. Many factors contribute to mental health problems, including:
•Family history of mental health problems.
•Biological factors, such as genes or brain chemistry.
•Life experiences, such as trauma or abuse.
While there are over 200 classified forms of mental illness, the five (5) major categories of mental illness are:
1-Anxiety Disorders
2-Mood Disorders
3-Schizophrenia/Psychotic Disorders
4-Dementias
5-Eating Disorders
National Mental Health survey shows urban areas to be most affected
At least 13.7 per cent of India’s general population has various mental disorders; 10.6 per cent of them require immediate interventions.
Common mental disorders such as depression, anxiety and substance use are as high as 10 per cent in the total population.
Almost 1 in 20 suffer from depression; it is found to be higher in females in the age-group 40-49 years
22.4 per cent of the population above 18 years suffers from substance use disorder
The highest was contributed by tobacco and alcohol use disorder
Nearly 1.9 per cent of the population is affected by severe mental disorders
While nearly 10 per cent of the population has common mental disorders, 1.9 per cent of the population suffers from severe mental disorders.
Not sure if you or someone you know is living with mental health problems? Experiencing one or more of the following feelings or behaviors can be an early warning sign of a problem:
•Eating or sleeping too much or too little.
•Pulling away from people and usual activities.
•Having low or no energy.
•Feeling numb or like nothing matters.
•Having unexplained aches and pains.
•Feeling helpless or hopeless.
•Smoking, drinking, or using drugs more than usual.
•Feeling unusually confused, forgetful, on edge, angry, upset, worried, or scared.
•Yelling or fighting with family and friends.
•Experiencing severe mood swings that cause problems in relationships.
•Having persistent thoughts and memories you can't get out of your head.
•Hearing voices or believing things that are not true.
•Thinking of harming yourself or others.
•Inability to perform daily tasks and etc.
A mental illness can have an effect on every aspect of a person’s life, including thinking, feeling, mood, and outlook and such areas of external activity as family and marital life, work, recreation, and management of material affairs. Most mental disorders negatively affect how individuals feel about themselves and impair their capacity for participating in mutually rewarding relationships.
The attitude of many Indians towards this problem isn’t helping.
The stereotypes and stigma in India are all the more evident in the respondents’ attitudes towards those who are suffering from mental illnesses. Some 60% of those surveyed believed one of the main causes was a lack of self-discipline and willpower, and 60% agreed that those who suffer from them should have their own groups so as not to “contaminate” healthy people.
Interventions, focusing on raising awareness of mental health issues and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health, are necessary for addressing the situation.
There are ways that you can improve your mental health. First, try to recognize your condition and understand why you are in this situation . Sorting out the causes of sadness, stress, and anxiety in your life can help you manage your emotional health.
its all up to you that how you are leading your mind and how you are dealing with situations.
There are some ways you can use to avoid being mentally stressed:- like,
Try to connect as much as you can with others, Stay positive, Eat healthy, Do exercise, boost your, self esteem,
Be physically active, Try to help others, Get enough sleep, avoid overthinking and most importantly get professional help if you need it.
Many people diagnosed with mental illness achieve strength and recovery through participating in individual or group treatment. There are many different treatment options available. There is no treatment that works for everyone – individuals can chose the treatment, or combination of treatments, that works best.
Psychotherapy- Psychotherapy is the therapeutic treatment of mental illness provided by a trained mental health professional.  Psychotherapy explores thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and seeks to improve an individual’s well-being.  Psychotherapy paired with medication is the most effective way to promote recovery.  Examples include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.
Medication – Medication does not outright cure mental illness.  However, it may help with the management of symptoms.  Medication paired with psychotherapy is the most effective way to promote recovery.
Support Group – A support group is a group meeting where members guide each other towards the shared goal of recovery.  Support groups are often comprised of nonprofessionals, but peers that have suffered from similar experiences.
Complementary & Alternative Medicine – Complementary & Alternative Medicine, or CAM, refers to treatment and practices that are not typically associated with standard care.   CAM may be used in place of or addition to standard health practices.
Self Help Plan – A self-help plan is a unique health plan where an individual addresses his or her condition by implementing strategies that promote wellness.  Self-help plans may involve addressing wellness, recovery, triggers or warning signs.
Peer Support – Peer Support refers to receiving help from individuals who have suffered from similar experiences.

I just want to request to everyone that if you see someone suffering from mental disease, don't make fun of them, they only requires your little care and support.
it's not infectious disease so please help them as much as you can.
if you experience change Behaviour of people around you then go and talk with them and also if you go through something like this them it's time to check what's going wrong in life.
we all need to create an environment where all these kind of disease won't take place we need to create an environment where we all can live happily.
So this is all on this topic. I have tried my best.. though there are a lot of things you need to know about it which is easily available you on internet.
Thanks for support :)
Share this blog so people can understand how much mental health is important for them.
Take care, Stay healthy and Keep smiling
