Be fit

            
       तू कर मेहनत तो खुदा भी तेरा साथ देगा
          वरना कायरों को तो किस्मत ही दगा देगा ।।

In the past few months I had faced so many physical problems and the reason I found is my careless behaviour towards my health.

As we grow up, we have a lot of responsibilities on our shoulders but somewhere in these responsibilities, we became careless towards ourselves. this leads to illness and many more physical problems.
The preservation of health is much easier than the cure of the disease.

If I talk about myself it's my bad habit that I do not pay attention to my diet properly.
We all have Heard this from Benjamin Franklin "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise."
We should have the habit of sleeping and eating on time.
My best friend always advise me to do yoga but I am such a lazy person that I do once or twice in a month and then I stop doing.
Laziness is the biggest enemy of our body.
We all know how physical fitness is important in our life still only few are conscious about it.

Read it somewhere which is very true "When diet is wrong medicine is of no use.
When diet is correct medicine is of no need."
My physical illness affect my studies also.
It leads to Lack of concentration and also I lost my self confidence because of this. one day I realised I'm not the same I was before

The most important thing in life is to be conscious about your health.
As it has been said Health is Wealth.
it is absolutely true.
And health is something which you can’t buy you can’t rent. You have to earn it."
Leading a healthy lifestyle sounds easy enough, right? Could be, but there are a lot of obstacles trying to divert our attention from eating healthy, making healthy choices, and exercising. 

The mind and body are not separate. What affects the one affects other.

I am sharing this with you all because I don't want you all to do the same mistake I have done.
I want you all to be fit, healthy and happy in your life.
Take care of your body it is the only place you have to live in.

One is able to achieve it easily if the decision is firm.

हम सब अपनी जिंदगी के हीरो हैं
हर रोज नई जंग लड़ते हैं
                     हर रोज गिरते और संभलते हैं
हर रोज एक नई मुसीबत हमारा इंतजार कर रही होती है
  हर रोज एक नई परेशानी से हम कुछ नया सीखते हैं
हर रोज सूरज की पहली किरण से चांदनी रात तक
जीवन के संघर्षों को झेलते रहते हैं
सुखी भविष्य की चाह में वर्तमान की बलि देते रहते है
हर रोज जमाने भर के ताने सुनते हैं
हर रोज सही और गलत में किसी एक को चुनते हैं
ऐसे ही हर रोज जिंदगी का कारवां चलता रहता है
और हम अपना एक पड़ाव पार कर लेते हैं ।

  1. मैं तो अपने काम के चक्कर में कई बार अपना लँच मिस कर देता हूँ जो एक गलत बात है और सेहत की हालत उससे वेहद खराब हो गई है लेकिन अब समझ आ रहा है अगर Health अच्छी है तो ही सब कुछ अच्छा है नहीं तो कुछ अच्छा नहीं है !

    1. यही कुछ हाल हमारा भी था पर धीरे धीरे समझ आया कि सेहत के साथ लापरवाही खतरनाक साबित हो सकती है।।कृपया अपने सेहत का ध्यान रखे 😊
